Delivery times
As everything is handmade to order and we aim to dispatch your order within 1 week. If you need an order more urgently, please contact us to see how quick we can make your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email to let you know.
Postage
Orders are posted WORLDWIDE for FREE. They are sent within the UK by second class and worldwide by Airmail.
For an extra charge, urgent items can be sent by special delivery or Airsure. If you have your order posted using these services, we will send you a reference number which you can track with Royal Mail.
Gifts
All orders are beautifully gift wrapped in tissue paper for free, using 100% recycled and fully degradable packaging. If your item is a special gift, we can wrap your item in paper and add ribbon and a giftcard.
Returns
Unfortunately because each item is made to order returns cannot be accepted, unless in the unlikely case there is a fault.
Bunting measurement guide
2 Green Monkeys makes personalised bunting in both standard and mini sized flags.
- normal bunting – flags 25x25cm / 5m long (15 flags) / 50cm tails for tying
- mini bunting – flags 10x10cm / 2m long (14 flags) / 20cm tails for tying
- Extra metres can be purchased to reach the desired length.
The simplest way to work out the length you require, is to hang string where the bunting will be, then measure the string. TIP: You don’t need to add extra for tying, as tails are included on all butting.
