Digital Gift Card - Memory Keespake

Buying for someone else but not sure what to give them? Unsure which colour / design they would like best? Give them the gift of choice with an gift card.

ORDER PROCESS

• Choose a gift card product - you can view all memory keepsakes here
• Add to cart and purchase
• You'll receive an email with a link to your gift card (example image shown)
• Clicking on this link will show you your 16 digit gift card number (example image shown)
• Your recipient will need this number, so you can either forward the email to them, or maybe write the gift card number down in a card?
• I've also added printable instructions - you can enter your 16 digit gift card number and print / share this with the recipient if you wish.

HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CARD

• The gift card recipient needs to add a product to their basket, and go to checkout.
• When in the checkout, they'll see a box, which will give them the option to add “Gift card or discount code”.
• Once they enter their 16 digit gift code, the gift card amount will be taken off the basket balance.
  

FAQ

• Gift cards can be redeemed for any 2 Green Monkeys products or as part-payment for any product.
• A gift card be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
• More than one gift card be used towards a purchase
• Gift cards can be used to pay for shipping
• Gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code
