Shopping for someone else but not sure what to give them? Unsure which colour / design they would like best? Give them the gift of choice with an gift card.
ORDER PROCESS
- Choose the amount you want for a gift card (if you are wanting to gift a certain item, look up the cost of the item first)
- Add to cart and purchase
- You'll receive an email with a link to your gift card (example image shown)
- Clicking on this link will show you your 16 digit gift card number (example image shown)
- Your recipient will need this number, so you can either forward the email to them, or maybe write the gift card number down in a card?
- I've also added printable instructions - you can enter your 16 digit gift card number and print / share this with the recipient if you wish.
HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT CARD
- The gift card recipient needs to add a product to their basket, and go to checkout.
- When in the checkout, they'll see a box, which will give them the option to add “Gift card or discount code”.
- Once they enter their 16 digit gift code, the gift card amount will be taken off the basket balance.
FAQ
- Gift cards can be redeemed for any 2 Green Monkeys products or as part-payment for any product.
- A gift card be used more than once, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
