Delivery

Making times

I allow 5 working days to make your items, but if you need an order sooner please contact me and I will let you know how soon I can make it.

Once your order is made, please allow the following (estimated) shipping times until you to receive your order;

Shipping times

I offer the following postage services;

• FREE standard – sent by Royal Mail 2nd class (approx 2-3 working days)
• Upgraded delivery – sent tracked by UPS or Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 days)

Shipping charges are calculated by weight and delivery address. Once you add your delivery address in the checkout, you’ll be shown the delivery options and costs.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

Due to the complications with taxes, I only sell within the UK on this site. However if you are outside of the UK and want to place an order, please visit our Etsy store.

Gift wrapping

Buying for a gift? Why not add gift wrapping to your order, and I will wrap your order, add ribbon and  add a gift note. Visit the gift wrapping page.

Returns Policy

As all of the items are handmade to order and personalised, I can not accept returns, unless in the unlikely case of a fault. If there is a fault with you order, please contact me, so I can resolve the issue ASAP.

Care instructions

All of the products are made from 100% cotton and can machine washed (the recommended setting is 30°c) and tumble dried on a low setting.
