DESCRIPTION

Our personalised memory bear keepsakes are lovingly handmade from your loved one’s clothing. These unique memorial teddy bears offer a comforting way to cherish treasured memories, providing support during times of grief. A thoughtful bereavement gift for grandchildren to remember a grandparent, each custom memory bear is a lasting tribute you can treasure forever.

CLOTHING

  • Bears are best made from shirts, t-shirts or jumpers
  • Each bear uses approx. 6 x A4 sized pieces of fabric
  • Made from 1 to 5 items of clothing - the more items, the more varied your bear will look

HOW TO PERSONALISE

You can an embroidered words on their paws, a felt belly patch or both

PAWS

  • Text embroidered on one or both paws
  • Popular options include dates or names
  • Maximum 3 lines, 8 characters per line

BELLY

  • Quote, name or message embroidered on a felt heart
  • Maximum 5 lines, total 100 characters
  • The most popular quote is  "These are clothes I used to wear, hold me close and I'll be there"

  • Your loved ones handwriting embroidered onto a felt heart
  • Send a photo or a copy of the handwriting with the clothing

PRODUCT DETAILS

  • The bears are approx. 30 cm tall
  • Stuffing is a hollowfibre filling
  • Please note this product is not suitable for children under 14 years of age and is meant as a keepsake not a toy. This is because the nature of using your recycled clothes, means the keepsakes can not be CE tested

Clothing

I have lots of clothing, can I send it all?

Feel free to send what clothing you want, and we'll use what we can and return what is not used. If there are certain items you prefer, please just add an order note.

Can you return unused clothing pieces?

Of course, just choose the "return clothing" option when placing the order.

Can you use a certain logo / image?

Please add a note saying what you'd like to be used & where. If there are any issues when it comes to sewing, we'll send you an email.

Can you make keepsakes out of all clothing?

We can use most clothing. We can back more delicate fabrics before sewing, so even thin fabric (such as lace / scarfs) or loose knitted jumpers can be used.

Personalisation

Can I order several items with different personalisation?

Yes. Just add a note in the personalisation field saying what you'd like on each item, making a note if you want certain clothing.

If there is any confusion, we'll email you before starting your order.

Do you take custom requests?

Please reach out if you want anything that isn't on the website, and we are always willing to make new things!

How do I get clothing to you?

After you place an order, you'll receive an email with an address to post your clothing to. Be sure to also include your name / order number, so we know who's order the clothing belongs to!
